Erica joined our team in March 2026 after spending more than a decade serving individuals and families in the field of hearing healthcare. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Nelson University, where she also met and married her husband of ten years. Together they have one son who keeps them joyfully busy. In her spare time, Erica enjoys reading, traveling with her family, and playing music alongside her husband.
