What’s the cost for the camps?Grace Kids Sports Camp and Grace Kids Jr. Sports Basics are completely free! Each athlete will receive a Sports Camp T-shirt for free as well.
My child isn’t in organized sports. Will they enjoy the camp? We’ve designed each of our camps so that kids of all skill levels will have fun. We realize that not every child is involved or active in sports, so our coaches and volunteers work to make sure that each kid is enjoying and learning something about the sport while having fun with their friends.
Can my child switch sports throughout the week?If your child tries out a sport and is not “feeling it” after the first day, we’re happy to allow them to switch to another sport they’d like to try. After the first day of practice however, we ask that your child stays with the camp that they are in. This allows our coaches to build rapport with all of their athletes and helps our volunteers and staff know where your child is throughout the week.
My child has allergies and/or special needs to consider. Is this something they can do?Of course! We want everyone to be involved at Grace Kids. We do have snack times for the kids after practices, but we try to make sure that all of our snacks are completely nut free. If your child has a food or other allergy, please make sure to let us know about it on the registration form and leave any medication or epipens that might be needed in case of emergency.
If your child has any other special needs that may need to be considered, we would love to talk with you about how we can best serve your child this week. Just contact us at email@example.com or call Pastor Devin at 972-724-7223 so we can discuss your needs.
